Television & digital video (the distinction will diminish rapidly in the coming months) is the predominant medium of the present as well as the future. The print medium seems ready to embrace digital television with some newspapers actually spawning their own TV channels! And the print medium also seems to have accepted the Internet is its ally. In reality, telecom cos.' scramble to enter television is not surprising, considering the steady downward plunge of basic telephony rates. Leading to the era of Liberty, Equality & Free Telephony!

And what are TV Channels planning? Various forms of IP TV , broadband TV, Video-on-demand ... while radio also continues to expand steadily.

All this aided as much by burgeoning Internet bandwidths. As it is because of changing Government policies across the world - in recognition and favour of broadband TV.
